Since almost all people spend most of thier adult life on working, it is important to obtain job satisfaction in order to keep individual well being. In my opinion, several factors affect on job satisfaction: salary, workplace environment, health and relationship among coworkers.

Regarding the elements which contribute to job satisfaction, essential aspects to live significantly relate to it. For instance, even if a worker is satisfied with his or her job expect for salary, he or she cannot continue to work without some extent of money to keep ordinary life. In addition, physical and mental health also have contribution to job satisfaction. People cannot work when they are sick or scicologic disease. For example, althouth my father was satisfied with his workplace, he got an eye disease due to the hard working. As a result, he needed to take a long rest to heal it.

It is difficult to define general reality of job satisfaction. However, I think no one can got a completely ideal job. Therefore, a worker needs to make a priority list, when he or she is on job hunting. If a person really focuses on the flexibility of the time of work, maybe he or she has to accept not ideal salary. On the other hand, if a man seek to a well paid job like banker or consultant, it is inevitable for him to spend so long time on working and expose himself to severe work environment.

To sum up, various factors have influence on job satisfaction. However, it is almost impossible for people to satisfy all aspects of a job, and workers need to prioritize their essential requirements. This order could be different among individual people.
